Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

You may return an item if:

  • It does not match the product description.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns can be made by mail or in-store:

  • By Mail: Contact us at [email protected] to request a return. You will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number.

  • In-Store: Visit one of our stores with the item and proof of purchase. Our staff will assist you with the return process.

Return Fees
We do not charge restocking or handling fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
