Filing a DMCA Report

Include specific URL(s) or identifying details to help us locate the material.

4. Statement of Good Faith
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.

5. Statement of Accuracy
A statement affirming that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Your Contact Information

  • Full name

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

2. Identification of the Removed Content
Describe the content that was removed or disabled and provide the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

3. Statement of Good Faith
Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

4. Consent to Jurisdiction

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your legal region.

  • If you are outside the United States, you agree to jurisdiction in any district where Clothlique operates.

  • You must also agree to accept legal service from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or their authorized representative.

5. Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature.
